The domain name https://adinathweightloss.in/demo/ (“Website”) is owned by Adinath Ayurvedic Research Centre (An ISO 9001-2000 Certified Research Centre), having its registered office at A-1/245 Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029. The Website is an online portal run by Adinath. The company places its highest value on your trust and put top priority on protecting your Personal Information.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) reflects how Adinath will collect, use, share and process Personal Information in relation to the services provided on the Website. Use of the Website

  1. The Website may allow you to post certain content, data or information of your own, such as allowing you to rate Products and/or any other services (including the Monthly Subscription Service), post your comments, and eviews in relation to Products and/or any other services (including the Monthly Subscription Service) on specific pages of the Website, as well as submit any suggestions, comments, questions or other information to Adinath using the Website (collectively referred to "User Content").
  2. You, being the originator of the User Content, are responsible for the User Content that you upload, post, publish, transmit or otherwise make available on the Website. You represent that you have obtained all relevant consents and approvals in order to post any User Content. You further represent that all such User Content will be in accordance with applicable law. Shipping

  1. Adinath reserves the right to accept or reject an order placed on the Website in part or in full. Adinath will notify you of its acceptance of the order on your email address (provided at the time of registration or purchase), as soon as possible by confirming receipt of your order and dispatch of the same. All decisions in relation to the acceptance or rejection made by Adinath shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decision in any manner whatsoever.
  2. As soon as an order is dispatched, Adinath shall send a shipping confirmation and contact you via. e-mail or multimedia text messages as SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or phone calls from Adinath on your mobile number with the delivery details. You, as a registered user, can track the order using the Website and can also track the order by visiting the ‘Order History’ page under the Account.
  3. Once the order has been placed, you agree and acknowledge that you cannot modify the order. It is however clarified that you may amend the shipping address by notifying Adinath in writing any time before the order has been packed for dispatch. The standard timeline for delivery of orders placed on the Website across India is 10 (Ten) business days.
  4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinabove, during high season and sale, shipping of products may take a little longer.
